Saint Luke’s Church Fontainebleau is not just “the English-speaking church in Fontainebleau” but an active member of the larger Fontainebleau Christian community. It is through Christ that we can hope to fulfill God’s wish for us, and so it is through Ecumenical services that we can join together with fellow Christian brothers and sisters and discover, or rediscover, the roots and colors of our common beliefs. The opportunity for you to join in this uplifting and absorbing experience is here!

The next Ecumenical service will be held on May 30th, 2018 at 8:30 pm, at the  beautiful Saint Louis Church in Fontainebleau.

(It is called “Paroisse Saint Louis” on Google Maps, and the address is 2 Rue de la Paroisse, Fontainebleau. There are plenty of brand-new sparkling underground parking spaces available next door, so getting there should be no problem.)

Here is what Edwin, our Ecumenical representative, says about the event:

“This is an opportunity to worship with Christians from many denominations and meet interesting people. Orthodox, various shades of protestants and the Roman Catholic Church will definitely be represented and perhaps others. Guaranteed are some hymns in English and you will find it an uplifting and absorbing event.

A Christian thought: “Atheism is a non-prophet organization.”

If you’ve ever been curious about the ecumenical service, or have meant to go but never quite got around to it, maybe this is the year to …

JUST GO!
